These terms govern your use of this website (beckyraye.com), operated by Becky Raye Designs LLC as Becky Raye Staging & Design. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. Please do not misuse it — that includes attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping it by automated means, sending spam or malicious content through the contact form, or using it in any way that breaks the law.

Information, not an offer

Everything on this site, including descriptions of our staging and design services and any prices shown, is general information. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract, and contacting us does not by itself create a client relationship. Services, availability, and pricing change.

Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, which sets out scope, price, scheduling, the handling of rented inventory, and cancellation. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement controls for the work; these terms continue to govern your use of the website.

Submissions through the site

When you send us a message through the contact form, please send only what you are comfortable sharing. We treat inquiries as confidential in the ordinary course, but the form is not a secure channel and nothing sent through it is protected by any professional privilege. Do not send financial account details, government identifiers, or health information. See our privacy policy for what happens to what you do send.

Testimonials and project photography

Client testimonials on this site are real statements from real clients, published with permission and edited only for length or clarity. Where a client describes an outcome — how quickly a home sold, or the offers it drew — that is their experience, not a prediction. Results depend on price, condition, location, and the market, none of which staging controls, and individual results vary.

Portfolio photographs show real projects. They may include properties, furnishings, artwork, and products belonging to other people, shown to illustrate our work. Items pictured are not necessarily available, for sale, or included in any engagement.

Intellectual property

The site's content — text, layout, logos, and photography — is owned by Becky Raye Designs LLC or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission. You are welcome to link to the site.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Becky Raye Designs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect any separate written agreement for services.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites, including our Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we each consent to those courts.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
